I'm going to work as long as possible this weekend to MAKE THAT HAPPEN.
However I need your help... Here's the challenge!
First off, in order to get a home through me, your credit situation does not matter, there's no bank qualifying, and low money down! So I hope I cleared that up....
Ok, Here's where the crazy part comes in...
I need you to grab some newspapers or flyers, go on the internet,or even drive around neighborhoods this week and specifically look For Rent, For Lease, or For Sale By Owner homes, that you would like to live in.
I'm going to allow you to send me no more than 100 emails addresses & phone numbers for the landlords/owners of the properties that you would like to live in.
You read that right! Up To 100 names, email adresses and/or phone numbers.
Just write it down, email it, or call in the contact info and I'll handle the rest!
NOTE: It doesn't have to be 100 Numbers, but I can't handle no more than that amount.
You're probably thinking....Ok Lamar, if I send you 100 email address/phone numbers, Will you really contact them all for me, or will I be wasting my time?
You will NOT be wasting your time. I will ABSOLUTELY be contacting every email address and/or phone number you send my way! I have a system in place to assist me with making that possible! Gotta love technology!
There's only ONE STIPULATION: NO PROPERTIES THAT ARE LISTED WITH REALTORS!
Why? It's simple, I respect their postion and I expect them to respect mine. They do business their way and I do business my way. In the end, all that matters is that you get a Fair Deal!
Besides, I wouldn't be able to get you such a great deal, with another hand in the POT!
Now you're probably thinking...Ok, well Where the heck am I going to find that many numbers and email addresses?

- Newspapes (Try this past Sunday's paper if you can...)
- Flyers
- Driving around neighborhoods looking for signs...
- You don't have to do any talking! I'll handle it all.

- You don't have to make any appointments! I will handle it ALL.

The NEW deadline is this Saturday May 3rd, 2008 at 12:00pm.
On Saturday, I will contact all of the phone numbers and/or emails you send. This blog is most likely being read by my entire list of Future HomeOwners, so I'll be extremely busy this weekend, but it's ok because I want you to become a Home Owner within 12 - 24 months,so I can say I did my job!

You're right it is, but in reality who can tell me where you want to live exactly, better than you can. Now, I'm not saying I won't be doing any searching this week either, But I know with your help, this is the fastest method.
Now, if this is not something you want to do, and you'd rather me search for you, then just email me with the specific subdivisions/zipcodes that you would like to live in and I'll search for you.
Just realize that the people who send me the phone numbers/email addresses this weekend have precedence.
